RETURNED ITEMS

Are permitted based on the following:

- Supplement(s) are unopened and not tampered with.
- Unless product is out of date/expired, customer will be responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Customer will not be charged a restocking fee, unless account history shows 3 or more returns within 1 year.
- K-ROC Sports Supplements will not accept returned item(s) that were directly or indirectly affected by Acts Of God.
- Damaged product(s) can be returned if K-ROC Sports Supplements is notified within 5 business days. Afterwards, a customer has 5 business days to ship product(s) back to K-ROC Sports Supplements; shipping expense will initially be paid by customer and once received, a refund will be credited back to the customers credit card that is currently on file.

- Our goal is to get the right products to our customers promptly, and with as little time as possible!


Shipping Rates

In order to offer the lowest price on all of our products, we have our customers pay the actual freight fees incurred. These fees are actual and true from our couriers, and are based on the weight of the package(s) and destination.

Current ground rates for a package delivered inside the continental U.S. is sometimes less for commercial addresses, and or slightly more for rural locations. Shipments made to Alaska, Hawaii and Military bases can be a few dollars more.

All international customers are advised to send an email to kris@kroc-hard.com for a shipping expense quote. Please include your city, country and postal code for an accurate price quote.

To receive a shipping quote, simply add the item(s) to your online cart, and follow the checkout process. The shipping rates will be calculated based on your package weight and destination before any payment information is requested. You will not have to enter any credit card or other payment methods to find out your shipping expenses!

Tracking Your Order

K-ROC Sports Supplements will automatically send tracking information whenever customers’ orders have been completed. Our checkout system expedites the shipping process by printing "ready-2-go" slips at the same time our sales department receives an order. This allows our warehouse to have your item(s) packed and ready for delivery in a matter of minutes. Lastly, we utilize a Product Identification Number (PIN) system to insure that you get the exact product(s) you ordered.

Stock Availability

We sometimes experience stock outages. This happens when an item sells out faster than the orders can be filled, and the system cannot be updated quick enough. This can create delays on delivery distribution with the particular product(s) that are occasionally affected. We continuously adjust stock levels to minimize shipping delays. Sometimes we are limited by product availability from the manufacturer. If you have any questions, contact our sales department to verify stock availability.

General Shipping Policies

• Orders will be shipped out between 24-48 hours.

• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday; are shipped the next business day.

• Tracking information is provided to customers with valid email addresses.

• All United States domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx.

• Orders must be placed no later than 2 PM (EST) to be eligible for same day shipping.

• Deliveries inside the Continental United States can be to street addresses and can also be to P.O. boxes!

• Not responsible for delivery delays due to address inconsistencies, weather, complications with the courier company, or any problems due to acts of God.

• A fee of $10 may be charged for shipments which are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse, or are incorrectly addressed due to customers error. All shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information the customer provides.

• Although there is a high priority on express packages, we may run into stock shortages that can delay a delivery. Due to our high volume, items are not sold with a higher priority to customers whom select an upgraded shipping method.

Shipping Methods

The shipping method will be determined by the buyer during the checkout process. The shipping details such as the estimated time of delivery are clearly listed with each shipping method.

Delivery Failures & Claims

In most cases a delivery failure occurs when the courier company contracted to deliver your package leaves the package at its destination without a signature or any other confirmation. Anytime a package is unattended it becomes vulnerable to theft, damage, weather, etc. To limit these happenings the customer may want to leave a note for the driver such as: "Dear Courier, Please leave any parcels at the front door (or leave with a building manager/office manager, etc.); and sign your name. Doing so will provide the driver a clear location to leave the package, and you will know where to expect it.

If your package is missing K-ROC Sports Supplements will file a claim with the courier that handled your order and reship your items after approval from the courier. Sometimes a claim cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date per USPS rules and regulations. If it is necessary to utilize an insurance claim, no refunds or re-shipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims may take up to 5 weeks to process per USPS regulations. If an item needs to be reshipped, it will be done so using the same method as the original order. K-ROC Sports Supplements is not responsible for time delays due to delivery failures.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

Depending on product availability and the customer’s location, orders should arrive at the military address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to the customer may vary.

Important: All packages are only insured to the customer’s military address. K-ROC Sports Supplements is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail.

***Important Shipping Regulations***

--Supplements containing L-Carnitine canNOT be shipped to Canada due to Canadian laws. Customers in other countries need to check with their local laws.

--The company Megapro Sports Nutrition's product: Vasopro, cannot be shipped to the state of Oklahoma.

--Orders of Vasopro being shipped to the state of Pennsylvania, must be in the blister pack/carton. Customers must purchase the blister pack/carton when shipping such a product to Pennsylvania.

--Sorry for the inconvenience, we don't make this stuff up, we simply don't want to break the law, no matter how strange it is!
